    I haven't had Popeyes since I've left California... so basically 2 years now. When I did have Popeyes, it was not as good as the experience that I had today.

    First off, this store is so nice! One of the nicest fast food places in general - not just for a Popeyes.

    It was also the first time I tried the Red Beans & Rice (A famous Popeyes favorite! Tasty, velvety-smooth red beans served with seasoned rice.) Really well-cooked beans without being mushy at all. I didn't know the the rice was IN the beans. Tasty.

    Lastly, even though I grew up on KFC, I like Popeyes biscuits better. They're a little saltier/more savory.

    Not a huge fan of the coleslaw as it's more traditional and I like mustard/vinegar based coleslaws.

    Are you serious?  You know this isn't the standard four piece chicken meal. It looks like you chopped up one chicken thigh to make three pieces. You can do better.

    The GIRL, obviously to busy talking to other employees to listen to my order, she had me wait at least 2 mins before asking me what I would like thru the drive thru,
    Then gets only my sides not my combo order rang in, WTF, why would I want tender sauce wit my mashed potatoes or coke?!! Seriously?!?  
    I was so pissed I needed to turn around but I was on my way to work one of my 4 jobs.

    This place just told me that they are closing early today, over 3 hours early, and they had no more chicken sandwiches left. Lady was extremely rude and workers were just walking around outside of the building on what seemed to be a smoke break. This place needs new management ASAP!

    Nicely prepared to order spicy chicken tenders. I had to wait a few minutes to have them made fresh, but I didn't mind because hot is so much better. The battered fries are good, but get cold so fast! I still love their side of beans and rice. The beans are so soft and creamy and have a nice creole spice. Dining room  was clean. Guy taking order at front counter was thorough and congenial.
